Dubai luxury, opulence and prestige will be taken to a higher level this coming festive season, owing to the premier destination’s latest attraction: the Palazzo Versace Dubai. With three exquisite venues offering different dining experiences, the fashion brand hotel will provide a feast for the senses, starting from December 6th until early in the New Year.

Envisioned and created by the world-renowned fashion designer Donatella Versace, in collaboration with premier developers Enshaa Group, Palazzo Versace Dubai’s interiors are a visualisation of the glamorous Versace lifestyle. As the Art Director of the hotel, Donatella Versace has exclusively designed each exquisite detail, from the 215 rooms’ interiors to the grand lobby with its 1000sqm marble mosaic floor, with designs of peacocks, falcons and horses adorning the graceful furniture and textiles.

 Inspired by Gianni Versace’s famous mosaic scarf design, the Palazzo Versace Dubai lobby houses the Mosaico Lounge, with high floor-to-ceiling windows that offer panoramic views of Dubai Creek. Mosaico will offer a Festive Afternoon Tea, from December 6th 2015 until January 6th 2016. Guests can enjoy a wide selection of Dammann Frères tea, coffee, cocktails, holiday pastries and cakes served with a choice of delicious homemade jams and sandwiches at AED 220 pp, while they appreciate the venue’s 1.5 million pieces of intricately hand-laid tiles.

Guests will be able to enjoy a selection of festive dishes for lunch and dinner at the hotel’s signature restaurant, Vanitas, which will serve an enticing menu with A La Carte pricing or a four-course set menu at AED 480 pp for groups of 6 or more from December 6th to January 6th. Focused on pescetarian gastronomy, but with a flair for all meat dishes, the art-filled Italian dining room offers both indoor and outdoor seating and a distinctive celebratory mood.

The third venue offering Versace dining luxury this season is Giardino. Inspired by the enchanting silk chiffon dress worn by Jennifer Lopez to the 42nd Grammy Awards in 2000, the restaurant emanates a jungle ambience that is brought to life through bold decor, the favourite Ischia pool area and a social, interactive live stations. The Giardino Festive Buffet will take place on the 24th of December, and will cost AED 220 pp, excluding beverages. Booking is also essential for the special Christmas Day Brunch at Giardino on December 25th, which will cost AED 650 pp, with a wide selection of beverages and festive treats.

Both Vanitas and Giardino will host the most celebrated New Year’s Eve event of the year. Upon arrival to the hotel, guests will be welcomed with select beverages, and then be ushered in to the restaurant of their choice for dinner. Just before midnight, guests will be offered a celebratory drink followed by a magnificent fireworks display. The NYE package will cost AED 1900 pp, inclusive of house beverages. Guests will also be able to continue the celebration until the early hours of the morning.

Giardino will welcome in the New Year with a delicious brunch consisting of appetizing cuisines from all over the globe. Guests will have a choice of three options: AED 450 pp excluding beverages, AED 650 pp with a selection of house beverages, or the AED 790 pp package, which includes vintages and bubbly for that special celebration.

Opened in November 2015, Palazzo Versace Dubai is situated at the centre of the city’s new Culture Village, located on an elite waterfront plot with clear views of the Dubai Creek.
