More than just dinner and drinks, the top-secret chef specials menu is written in invisible ink. The only way to order dinner is to reveal your options with a special pen.

The DIFC-based urban restaurant and bar will be introducing the newest member of its team – chef Alper Uzundurukan. Chef Alper mastered the basics of cooking at a humble little Italian restaurant. He added another layer to his resumé with a molecular gastronomy course in Barcelona. His portfolio currently gleams with names like Zuma, La Serre, and now Dusty’s.
