This March, enjoy the lovely weather by the ocean with great attractions at THE BEACH.

The rhythmic beats of the ‘Sunset Drum Circle’ at twilight led by Dubai Drums sets the tone for a relaxed evening with friends and family. Join the circle for a complimentary lesson while the setting sun plays to the mood.

Experience the lively ambience in ‘The Market at THE BEACH’ opposite JBR – now open through the weekend. Retailing a new set of quirky concepts including Lime Line and Dar Alyaza, The Market this month doubles up as a lovely seaside shopping venue. Visitors can now relish organic foods, take their pick of local produce, and browse through make-shift stores peddling handcrafted products, clothing and accessories.

Starting today the venue will also feature an art market that’s complemented by outdoor 3D street art for the Dubai Canvas festival. Alleys within THE BEACH are transformed, displaying the works of renowned street artist Kurt Wenner and a host of others from all over the globe. The week-long festival until 7 March encourages passers-by to contribute to painting a street style installation with a fit-for-purpose car parked within.

Through the week, an art section runs classes from 4pm to 10pm with two 20-minute sessions every hour for children from 4-8 years. In addition, a 50-minute session is also held every hour for the 9-12 year age group. Each session accommodates up to 20 children.
