The Dubai Mall, the world’s largest retail and entertainment destination, is marking the 20th anniversary of the globally-renowned Dubai Shopping Festival (DSF) 2015 with a spectacular line-up of events and initiatives, aimed at underlining the city’s reputation in the international retail arena.

Visitors to The Dubai Mall will have the chance to become a millionaire this DSF 2015, wherein upon spending AED 300, each shopper can participate in a draw to win the AED 1 million cash prize.

From January 2 to 9, visitors to The Dubai Mall can watch the multiculturalism of the city come to life, kicking off with 30-minute performances by Italian Flamenco ‘Vivancos’ Dancers at the Waterfall Atrium. The performances will be held at 5pm, 7pm and 10pm.

The mall will play host to a number of A-list international celebrities. Giuliana Rancic, E! News personality will make a presence on January 2; and acclaimed brand MAC, following the reveal of its new collection, will provide customers with complimentary makeovers from January 15 to 19 at the Bloomingdale’s Atrium.

Celebrating the popularity of Bollywood, The Dubai Mall will host top-ranking actor Hrithik Roshan in a dedicated meet and greet hosted by Rado. The store will also host a limited edition timepiece exhibition from January 2 to 12.

Additionally, the annual Hamleys’ Parade will once again energise the corridors of the mall every Thursday and Friday from January 8 to 31.

The Dubai Mall will have extended operating hours during DSF from 10am to 2am, including for the F&B outlets. The Waterfront Promenade restaurants will be open until 2am from Thursday to Saturday, giving visitors the opportunity to enjoy the cool weather outdoors.
