Geared up to greet visitors from all over the world on their spring break, The Dubai Mall, the world most-visited retail and entertainment destination is providing exclusive events and offers for regional visitors as they travel to the city on their extended holidays. Longer shopping hours, ambient Arabic music and The Dubai Fountain performing to songs from the region are assured to delight visitors.

Coinciding with the spring break, the mall is hosting several celebrities in March that commenced with the visit of Drake, Michael Bublé and Gerard Butler earlier this month. In anticipation of her latest album release, Arab Idol judge and popular Khaliji singer Ahlam will take part in a meet & greet along with a signing session on March 24.

A diverse range of activities have been lined up for Mother’s Day including exclusive offers and events by retailers such as a Mother-Daughter Fashion Show at Galleries Lafayette, Mother’s Day pampering and crafts at Candylicious as well as Hershey’s, Mother’s Day Photobooth and Caricaturist at L’Occitane as well as a sweet day at Bloomsbury’s where customers can design their own cupcakes with the help of the pastry chef.

Not to miss out are the exclusive Gucci Diamond Podium at Star Atrium, Dior activation at the Fashion Catwalk, the Race Excellence stand at The Grand Atrium alongside Adidas and Longines stands at the Waterfall and The Souk Atrium, respectively.

Highlighting its commitment to the community, The Dubai Mall will mark Down Syndrome Day on March 21 with a walkathon organised with Down Syndrome Association for the fifth consecutive year at the mall to strengthen awareness about the condition.

The Dubai Mall has over 1,200 retail outlets, two anchor department stores, and 200 food and beverage outlets. The Fashion Avenue, dedicated to high fashion, positions the mall as the fashion capital for the region. Attractions also include SEGA Republic, the largest indoor theme park of its kind; KidZania®, the dedicated children’s city; Dubai Ice Rink, an Olympic sized ice rink; and the 22-screen Reel Cinemas that can seat over 2,800 people. The mall also serves as the gateway to At the Top, Burj Khalifa SKY, the world’s tallest observatory deck.
