The opening comes after the successful launch of Operation Falafel in the Outlet Village on Sheikh Zayed Road. Operation Falafel has grown to seven branches in the UAE, with plans for future international expansions.

Open 24 hours, fans of Operation Falafel’s celebrated shawermas can now satisfy their midnight cravings. The new restaurant also offers its most popular dishes of Musabbahha, classic Zataar Manaeesh, salads such as Tabbouleh and Fattoush, along with mouthwatering desserts, Apple Toffee Crunch, all night long.

The key to Operation Falafel’s success has been the intricate balance of old street flavors with new food trends. As a tribute to the local community in Motor City, Operation Falafel have designed a mural in the restaurant, reflecting the local community and cultural identity of Motor City and includes an image of a motor racer driver racing around the Motor City autodrome.

The new venue can host up to seventy guests, where customers can comfortably sit within the restaurant and enjoy the sizzling Halloumi and juicy shawermas or take in Motor City’s view with the option to dine outdoors. Loyal customers will now also have the option to fill their bellies with Operations Falafel’s popular dishes from the comfort of their home, with Operations Falafel’s speedy delivery option.
