New additions to Operation Falafel’s Menu – OF Lotus Crust, Apple Crumble and Chococake Jars

Dubai’s favorite Middle Eastern street food brand Operation: Falafel launches exciting new additions to their hugely popular menu, with a selection of fresh new salads and mouth-watering desserts. The casual dining restaurant re-engineers classic Middle Eastern recipes with locally sourced fresh ingredients and are best known for their famous Falafels, Chicken and Beef Shawermas.

High on the taste factor, the new menu boasts traditional Middle Eastern flavors with a modern twist, such as the Chicken Salad that features a chicken breast breaded with zaatar and sumac, served on a bed of greens and pomegranate seeds with a special tangy tomato dressing. The 4 Cheese salad is a great vegetarian option that offers the best of Arabic cheeses, including string cheese, cheeseballs, Nabulsi and Bulgari cheese; combined with mixed watermelon and greens with a special cheese dressing.

For the sweet tooth in all of us, Operation: Falafel’s new dessert menu is a must try and includes scrumptious mouthwatering dessert jars such as the delicious OF Lotus Crust, a Lotus cheesecake topped with blueberries and the Apple Crumble Crunch, a decadent cheesecake with a toffee base, topped with an apple and cinnamon crunch mix. All delectable desserts are now being served and displayed in stylish Jars, with the addition of the Chococake Jar, a delicious twist on a chocolate souffl’ dessert, filled with a hint of Arabic coffee, nutella and ganache.
