One among Le Méridien Dubai Hotel & Conference Centre’s 18 distinct restaurants, Seafood Market pioneered the seafood dining scenario way back in 1993, with a never seen before market style concept in Dubai. Serving the freshest seafood, prepared skillfully by Chef Nim Fat Kwai and his expert team, guests have been coming back to Seafood Market for years to pick their favourite fish and watch it being prepared to their taste. Over the past twenty-five years, thousands of guests have frequented the restaurant. Some, who used to dine there as children, now visit the restaurant with their own children. Such is the legacy of Seafood Market.
