Just launched, SLAB, a home-grown concept of a social eatery brings to Dubai a unique menu of dishes inspired by all corners of the world.  With beautiful presentations and rich flavours at the forefront of their offering, dining at SLAB is bound to touch all your senses. Located in La Mer, Dubai’s newest leisure beachside community, SLAB, brought to life by Al Tawfeeq Hospitality, combines elements of a fine dining restaurant but in a relaxed contemporary setting.

A sea-facing restaurant, SLAB is spread across 3,344 sqft, and offers Indoor and Patio setting with uninterrupted views of the Arabian Gulf and Dubai’s iconic skyline. The interiors boast an uber-chic contemporary décor in tones of grey and white, along with an open kitchen and exposed preparation counters where guests can see their food being prepared. The grey tones of the interiors accentuate the vibrant colours of the dishes that are served.

Launched under the creative direction of entrepreneur Fadi Al-Said, an Investment Banker with a passion for food, the concept of SLAB was inspired by his endless travels and culinary experiences from all around the world. Explaining the concept, Fadi says “We wanted to create a social eatery that is inspired by global food trends and has an evolving menu that would celebrate the best produce of the season and international flavours through fine-crafted sandwiches and simple experimental dishes.”
