ive been surfing the internet looking for yoga classes in dubai, i found one in media city which is too far and the timings dont suit. can anyone give me information on yoga classes here??
Zen Yoga’s classes at Murooj Complex (close to Emirates Towers) are really great – love their instructors (all certified, international, etc). As for timing, I think they have classes from 7am all the way to 8pm…. seems like they are the way to go… check out their schedule at http://www.yoga.ae
