The Dubai Land Department (DLD) announces the launch of the Dubai Property Show (DPS) \u2013 Shanghai today. DPS, organised by the Real Estate Investment Management and Promotion Centre, will be attended by a number of select leading real estate, brokerage, and finance companies from Dubai.<\/p>\n
During DPS, which will be held at Everbright Exhibition & Convention Center Shanghai from 31st<\/sup> August \u2013 2nd<\/sup> September, DLD\u2019s delegates will primarily focus on Dubai\u2019s unique features as one of the world’s best investment and tourism destinations, and highlight the vital real estate sector, as well as the various options available to different customers for investment or family accommodation purposes.<\/p>\n DPS is part of a comprehensive plan developed by the Real Estate Investment Management and Promotion Centre, which organises a variety of real estate shows and events, including DPS – London, which will be held from 16 \u2013 18 November; DPS – Mumbai from 7 \u2013 9 December; and DPS – Moscow from 19 \u2013 21 April, 2019.<\/p>\n Her Excellency Majida Ali Rashid, Assistant Director General and Head of the Real Estate Investment Management and Promotion Center, said: \u201cIn these shows we focus primarily on highlighting Dubai’s strategic location and diversified economy \u2014 one of Dubai\u2019s many features that have enabled it to be a hub for investors from all over the world. We also offer many advantages and countless business opportunities to investors. Dubai has been exemplary in its region by providing a safe environment for living, working, and investing, as well as for a diversified economic climate capable of attracting all business sectors while promising growth activities and new industries.\u201d<\/p>\n Rashid added: \u201cDLD\u2019s statistics show that our real estate market is receiving heightened interest from Chinese investors, with Dubai becoming a favorite property destination. The importance of the participation of developers and other relevant parties in the sector lies in underpinning their high quality projects and the exclusivity of their designs in a way that suits current and future cultures, needs, and aspirations. We hope that all partners will be able to highlight the unique offers and incentives to their potential clients during DPS.\u201d<\/p>\n DLD has already established a partnership in China, and launched a real estate promotion trustee office there. It also seeks to support the UAE – China relationship, which was crowned recently by the announcement of the \u2018UAE-China Week 2018\u2019.
