Our smart solutions played a key role in consolidating Dubai\u2019s position as a preferred investment destination that provides a legislation system that protects investors\u2019 rights, as well as great privileges in recognition of their trust in our real estate market, and for choosing the Emirate as a safe haven for their long-term investments in the real estate market.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The influx of new investors is evidence of their eagerness to benefit from the opportunities and return on investments guaranteed by Dubai\u2019s attractive real estate market. Bin Mejren stressed that the economic sectors in the Emirate, especially the real estate sector, are in line with the UAE\u2019s Strategy for the Future. DLD considers this strategy as a main principle in achieving Dubai\u2019s development aspirations over the next years. This is all in line with Smart Dubai\u2019s objectives for sustainable growth, consistent achievement and development, and for meeting the global competitiveness challenge.<\/p>\n<p>DLD is the strategic partner of the 17<sup>th<\/sup> edition of Cityscape Global, taking place from 2 \u2013 4 October. Through its delegates, DLD will welcome visitors and investors to answer all their queries, helping them make investment decisions and best take advantage of the great offers that developers will be providing during the event.
