\u201cThis initiative is part of RTA\u2019s efforts to broaden the use of sophisticated technology to ease the delivery of services to users of multi-story parking terminals,\u201d said Khaled Al Awadi, Director of Automated Fare Collection Systems at RTA\u2019s Corporate Technology Support Services Sector.<\/p>\n
\u201cCustomers can now use their nol cards to pay fees at the five parking lots in Dubai. Providing smooth and accessible services will undoubtedly boost customer\u2019s satisfaction with RTA\u2019s services,\u201d he continued.<\/p>\n
\u201cRTA is always keen on improving its services to all spectrums of Dubai community, be it citizens, residents, tourists or visitors from all over the world. It makes every endeavor to roll out innovative and diverse services to keep pace with the Smart Dubai drive aimed to rank Dubai as the world\u2019s smartest city,\u201d said Osama Al Safi, Director of Parking at RTA\u2019s Traffic and Roads Agency.<\/p>\n
\u201cParking lots are important assets managed by RTA in Dubai to deliver services around-the-clock to motorists. There are five multi-story parking terminals in Dubai. These facilities are located at commercially important and busy spots in the city for the use of residents, shoppers and tourists throughout the day. These parking lots are in Ghubaiba, Naif Road, Old Sabkha, New Sabkha and Rigga Road,\u201d concluded Al Safi.<\/p>\n
