Princess Haya bint Al Hussein, Chairperson of the IHC and wife of H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, announced that Saba\u2019s appointment will take effect on 4th March, 2017, saying, \u201cGiuseppe Saba holds a strong background in logistics and humanitarian aid experience, and played an instrumental role in the founding of the United Nation\u2019s system of Humanitarian Response Depots, UNHRD, which H.H.
