It started with the signature welcome drink, a cocktail with raspberry base and light starters. What followed was an indulgent 12-course menu drawn from key provinces of India with each dish elucidating the rich cultural heritage from centuries before. The desserts were simply awesome.<\/p>\n<p>The restaurant is located on the 4th floor and consists of a premium dining area and a trendy bar area serving redefined Indian tapas dishes, along with a unique cocktail selection utilizing some of the latest technology and cutting-edge techniques.
