Join the event along with your friends to experience high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workouts and immersive yoga to the rhythm of live handpan music by celebrated artist, Anas Alhalabi on Saturday 27 April.<\/p>\n<p>Fitness Beats will start at 5pm, with a 60-minute calorie-busting, HIIT workout \u00a0\u00a0conducted by experts from top fitness center, BARE (@baredxb) \u2013 Jade Palmer (@jadeashleypalmer), <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/hendrik.hoogenboezem\/about\">Hendrik Hoogenboezem<\/a> (@hendrik_hoogen) and Herns Agyemang-Duah (@hernsyhearns).<\/p>\n<p>Yoga Beats will follow at 6pm with yoga gurus from Dubai\u2019s leading studio, Yoga La Vie (@YogaLaVieDub) \u2013 Vanessa Roux (@YogaGypsyWarrior), Simona Stanton (@simonastanton) and Jadena Ward (@missgreenteayogi).<\/p>\n<p>Core Beats is held in collaboration with Core Direction, Dubai\u2019s leading fitness, health and wellness online platform.
