Following a successful launch last month which saw over 400 cyclists on the track at the first ride of the season, the Spinneys Dubai 92 Cycle Challenge Build-Up Ride 2 is around the corner, taking place on\u00a0Friday, 11 October<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Held once again at\u00a0Al Qudra Cycle Track<\/a>, registration for the 65km event is closing on Friday, 4 October. As always, there’s much more to the event than just the ride, cyclists can head to the Spinneys Village to replenish with breakfast treats supplied by\u00a0Spinneys Dubai<\/a>, as well as a host of various activities delivered by Spinneys Dubai 92 Cycle Challenge partners including\u00a0SKODA<\/a>, and\u00a0Fitness First<\/a>\u00a0for everyone to enjoy.<\/p>\n

New for this year, the Automotive Race Partner, Skoda, will launch its Golden Keys Competition at Build-Up Ride 2 where the winner will be gifted a SKODA car for one year:<\/p>\n

“We want to support this great event and bring something extra to the fans of great cars. Therefore we have decided to run a very special competition awarding its winner with free usage of a SKODA car for one year. Everybody who participates in the Golden Keys Competition has the chance to win. We have been positively surprised by the increasing interest of riders in the Spinneys Dubai 92 Cycle Challenge and want to provide an extra edge by this competition.”<\/em>\u00a0Mohammed Al Dhaeri, the GM of the SKODA brand at Ali and Sons.<\/p>\n

With the event entering its 10th<\/sup>\u00a0year, it has continued to grow and develop with over 2,000 cyclists from all over the globe entering biggest challenge of the season and once again, the Spinneys Dubai 92 Cycle Challenge powered by SKODA is now part of the UCI Gran Fondo World Series, the 100km event is taking place on\u00a0Friday, 29\u00a0November<\/a>.<\/p>\n

For the younger cyclists in Dubai, the popular\u00a0Prime Medical Centre\u00a0Junior Rides<\/a>\u00a0will also take place at the\u00a0Dubai Autodrome<\/a>\u00a0on\u00a0Thursday, 28 November<\/a>. This is part of the Spinneys Dubai 92 Cycle Challenge weekend designed for 6 to 15 year-olds with a timed 2.5km, 15km and 30km rides.<\/p>\n

For all cyclists who wish to register to any of the Spinneys Dubai 92 Cycle Challenge events but do not have a bike there’s a bike and helmet rental option in the registration process.\u00a0Revolution Cycles Dubai<\/a>\u00a0will be on-site to ensure everyone is well looked after and will ride alongside those who need some extra support as newcomers continue with their exciting cycling journey.<\/p>\n
