ALSA Food Restaurants & Management LLC, based in the UAE and part of the Al Sayegh Group \u2013 one of tthe leading and diversified conglomerates in the country, has announced the opening of the first Mikado Bakery in Dubai, thus unveiling the signature Japanese bake concept and excellence in the Emirate.<\/p>\n

ALSA currently operates one Mikado Cafe in Abu Dhabi, which opened its doors in Khalidiya in the capital early this year. Mikado Bakery, which is open at Al Wasl BOXPARK, offers a wide array of authentic Japanese breads and pastries, infused with sumptuous flavors and delicacies to satiate the taste buds.<\/p>\n

ALSA’s Mikado Bakery is truly Japanese bakery excellence on the platter “from Japanese Tofu Salads to Shokupan sandwiches to Croissants and over 15 types of Japanese breads as part of its wide menu.<\/p>\n

Right from breakfast, which has the Danish and Croissants to toast, the Bakery also offers a traditional treat of Shokupan loaf bread and Komeko Balls fresh from the oven, apart from sweet delights such as Choco Korune, Matcha Mellon Pan and Ann Pann, among others.<\/p>\n

Other assortment of Japanese bakery products such as Custard Cream Bread, Green Tea Croissant, Biscuit Bread and much more are on the palette. The outlet has on board traditional Japanese bakery chef Yoshio Nishiyama, who has brought in the magic of Yakitate (freshly baked) Japanese breads to the UAE.<\/p>\n
