Combined with an inclusive drinks package and live entertainment, Marea brings together all the elements to create an unforgettable night.<\/p>\n<p>The sumptuous set menu offers seasonal specials, including <strong><em>Capesante<\/em><\/strong>, seared scallops, asparagus and wild mushroom and <strong><em>Fegato,<\/em><\/strong> a delectable seared foie gras and fig jam served on a warm crispy brioche. Marea\u2019s signature mouth-watering dishes make it onto the exclusive menu, including the famed <strong><em>Garganelli, <\/em><\/strong>an earthy rich truffle quill pasta paired with parmigiano and <strong><em>Cappellacci<\/em><\/strong><em>, <\/em>a one of a kind squid ink ravioli stuffed with flavors of the sea, that make every bite an explosion of textures.<\/p>\n<p>For meat lovers, the traditional <strong><em>Bistecca Wagyu Sirloin <\/em><\/strong>is served with pomme puree and drowsed in truffle jus, whilst the <strong><em>Rombo Pan Roasted Turbot <\/em><\/strong>is dished up with caviar flavoured beurre blanc on a bed of melted leeks.
