The Green Planet announce innovative new\u00a0exhibit, offering visitors a first of its kind opportunity to discover the fascinating and unique species of the Cloud Forests up close and personal.<\/p>\n

Launched this month at the amazing City Walk biodome, the new\u00a0Cloud Forest Habitat\u00a0<\/em>perfectly captures the delicate beauty of these wonderful, but endangered, tropical eco-systems and can be located on Level 3 of the award-winning multi-level attraction.<\/p>\n

Step into the clouds and discover a fantastical world filled with the most incredible animals and colorful plants you’ve ever seen! The exhibition will boast a range of exotic plants and animals representing a thriving Cloud Forest, with visitors able to\u00a0get up close to some of the fantastic fauna and amazing animals that live in these stunning tropical paradises, including various species of brightly colored geckos, frogs and axoltl.<\/p>\n

Amphibians, including many unique species of frogs, depend on the moist air and humid atmosphere of the Cloud Forests. Some of the most amazing creatures to be found\u00a0anywhere in the world, these frogs breathe through their skin and can even change color to confuse predators!<\/p>\n

In keeping with The Green Planet’s commitment to eco-friendly practices and promoting urgent environmental issues, the\u00a0Cloud Forest Habitat<\/em>\u00a0will help to highlight the plight of this unique eco-system.<\/p>\n

The conservation message at the heart of the exhibit will explain how habitat loss, Climate Change and hydrological cycle changes are putting these forests and the plants and creatures that call them home at extreme risk.<\/p>\n

Most of us don’t realize such color and brilliance exist in nature and The Green Planet team want to bring the first experience of its kind to Dubai for all to learn from! The Green Planet’s team of plant and wildlife experts will be on hand to guide visitors\u00a0through the exhibition and explain what can be done to help safeguard the world’s Cloud Forests.<\/p>\n
