Meraas, the Dubai-based holding company, has kicked off the celebrations of the 25th<\/sup> Dubai Shopping Festival (DSF) with DreamWorks\u2019 Trolls and Nickelodeon\u2019s Spongebob Squarepants as official mascots. Festivities across its destinations began on 26 December and will continue until 2 February.<\/p>\n

Join Poppy, Branch and the rest of the colourful Trolls gang for a month of fun-filled, free-to-attend shows across Dubai. Performances will take place three times a day throughout the month to give everyone a chance to experience an evening with the all-singing, all-dancing characters that have brought to life Thomas Dam\u2019s original wooden creations.<\/p>\n

City Walk, Meraas\u2019 open-air lifestyle destination, started the DSF celebrations on 26 December with the first-ever Trolls show in the UAE. The tour will continue at Al Seef, La Mer, The Beach and The Outlet Village. Shop, dine or play at any of the destinations\u2019 exciting outlets and earn your kids an exclusive meet-and-greet opportunity with the stars of the show.<\/p>\n

La Mer, the world-class beachfront destination by Meraas, will also host popular Nickelodeon character SpongeBob SquarePants from 2 to 11 January, with City Walk carrying on the fun from 16 to 25 January. Enjoy peppy performances from SpongeBob and his friends from Goo Lagoon. A minimum spend of AED100 at La Mer\u2019s retailers or restaurants will grant you a meet-and-greet with SpongeBob, his best friend Patrick and his grouchy neighbour Squidward.<\/p>\n

What\u2019s more, an array of games and activities featuring their favourite characters awaits your little ones at Meraas destinations.<\/p>\n
