OSN<\/a>, the region\u2019s leading entertainment network, has announced that the new Turkish drama series ‘The Choice\u2019 (AKA ‘Al Ikhtiyar\u2019 or \u2018Babil\u2019) will be exclusively airing weekly on OSN YA HALA AL OULA every Sunday starting January 26, 2020. \u2018The Choice\u2019 will launch on OSN just one week following its air time in Turkey, to provide its viewers the opportunity to be the first to watch this incredibly compelling series that is filled with exciting and scandalous events. The series will witness the comeback of the talented Halit Ergenc, who played \u2018Sultan Sulaiman\u2019, from the series Hareem Al Sultan.<\/p>\n

The series explores the life of Irfan, played by Ergenc\u0327, an idealistic professor who finds himself in a difficult situation when he loses his job and must support and pay for treatment of his ill son. The story unfolds when Irfan finds himself with a friend in the middle of a heist of one of the most well-known businessmen in Turkey. After thinking they have succeeded, the two are locked in a chase with the businessman who attempts to recover his money from the two.<\/p>\n

The thirteen-episode series is produced by Ay Yapim and was picked up by the broadcasting giant, OSN, earlier in December from the exclusive distributor, MADD Entertainment, before it was broadcasted to the public. The series is available in Turkish with Arabic subtitles and is also dubbed in Arabic.<\/p>\n
