Ellington Properties<\/a>, <\/strong>Dubai\u2019s leading design-led property developer, has announced its focus on accelerating the development of Belgravia III, a trendy residential destination in Jumeirah Village Circle, through its partnership with DUTCO, the leading construction company.<\/p>\n

Launched to strong investor response, the construction of Belgravia III will be spearheaded by DUTCO to achieve high standards of quality and delivery of a world-class design that Ellington Properties has envisaged for the project.<\/p>\n

With all approvals secured already, resources have already been mobilised on-site and work will commence shortly to fast-track the project by leveraging DUTCO\u2019s multi-disciplined group experience in undertaking prestigious projects such as The Dubai Mall, The Address Hotel Refurbishment, Al Seef and Boxpark, among others.<\/p>\n

Belgravia III is the third residential project under the popular Belgravia brand of Ellington Properties. The company has already handed over Belgravia I and Belgravia II, which are now thriving neighbourhoods. Delivering a \u2018community within a community\u2019 concept, Belgravia III features two L-shaped buildings that face each other and overlook a central courtyard.<\/p>\n

The courtyard\u00a0by Ellington Properties is the largest-of-its-kind in the JVC community with several\u00a0key features including a\u00a0large infinity-edge\u00a0swimming pool\u00a0with shaded pergolas and ample lounge seating, kids\u2019 playground, private seating areas, and elegant landscaping.<\/p>\n
