The Business Registration & Licensing (BRL) sector of Dubai Economy has invited local businesses registered with Dubai Economy to gain access to Zoho One, a unified cloud-based suite of over 45 applications, which connects diverse functions of a business for free for one year.<\/p>\n

This is part of the memorandum of understanding (MoU) signed between Dubai Economy and Zoho, a global technology company, to make enterprise-level technology available and affordable for all businesses in Dubai and support them in their digital transformation journey.<\/p>\n

The UAE is ranked first in the Arab region and as one of the best in the world in the “World Digital Competitiveness Ranking 2020” issued by the IMD World Competitiveness Centre in Lausanne, Switzerland, with digital transformation being one of the core priorities of the nation.<\/p>\n

The digital economy in the UAE is driven by eCommerce, in addition to activities and services that have a direct impact on increasing the profits of companies such as Artificial Intelligence, the Internet of things, cloud computing, digital technologies and robotics. A joint study conducted by Dubai Economy and Visa recently on \u2018The United Arab Emirates (UAE) eCommerce Landscape 2020\u2019 points to a growing shift towards digital payments in the UAE, powered by the advanced infrastructure, government policies favouring innovation and entrepreneurship, and most recently by the COVID-19 pandemic.<\/p>\n
