DMCC \u2013 the world\u2019s flagship Free Zone and Government of Dubai Authority on commodities trade and enterprise \u2013 has announced that the first phase of their Uptown Dubai district, Uptown Tower, has reached 153m, with over 32 floors completed.<\/p>\n

Uptown Tower will stand at 340m once completed, and will feature 188 luxury hotel rooms and suites, exclusive restaurants, extensive conference facilities, Grade A offices, and 229 uniquely designed branded residences. Guided by a smart and sustainable construction strategy, Uptown Tower will be a LEED Gold Certified Building, and home to a state-of-the-art DMCC Business Hub. The hotel and branded residences fit-out packages have recently been awarded to Interiors International Industries LLC.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Significant progress has been made throughout 2020, with the office zone structure of the tower being completed. In the next stage of construction, work is transitioning to the completion of the hotel zone structure. Fa\u00e7ade work has commenced through to level 14, and fit out works as well as mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works are ongoing across 29 floors.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Uptown Tower is set to sit at the heart of the Uptown Dubai district \u2013 a 24-hour neighbourhood brimming with world-class dining, unique high-end retail outlets, a central entertainment plaza and some of the world\u2019s most desirable hotels and leading businesses.<\/p>\n
