AGMC, the official importer of BMW Group vehicles for Dubai, Sharjah, and the Northern Emirates, unveils its highly anticipated and newly constructed Dubai Motor City showroom & service facility.<\/p>\n

As part of AGMC\u2019s network expansion and commitment to accommodate existing and potential clients, the facility is an architectural milestone and set to become a truly memorable automotive destination for car enthusiasts across the region.<\/p>\n

The new landmark, which covers over 300,000 square foot, will be the first automotive dealership in Dubai Motor City. Designed with the customer in mind, the state-of-the-art facility features specific spaces for BMW, MINI and BMW Motorrad, BMW i, BMW M, MINI Next and BMW Premium Selection, as well as a fully-fledged service centre.<\/p>\n

To ensure an effortless customer sales journey, the new facility will provide a virtual sales consultation platform alongside first and second delivery experience programmes within specially designed and equipped delivery rooms. Before each order, customers will have the chance to configure their dream vehicle by utilising 4th Generation interactive car configurators within a dedicated sales area, coming to life on a massive LED screen. AGMC\u2019s talented product geniuses will be on hand to provide clients with a detailed description of each car, taking them through the variety of option profiles whilst sharing interesting facts about the brand and product range.To guarantee that clients enjoy every touch point of their sales experience, AGMC will be offering in-house financial services in collaboration with BMW Albatha Financial Services.<\/p>\n

AGMC Motor City will also feature an array of digital services across their brand-new online service platform and offer a unique \u201cPit Stop service\u201d option. Customers will be able to enjoy a fully digitalized service interaction via smart applications, and an online technical support platform, which can be used by customers to interact with the dealership\u2019s experts\u2019 technical team who can answer all inquiries whilst providing product support.<\/p>\n

Clients will be able to utilise CitNOW, AGMC\u2019s newly introduced digital video sharing platform, a tool which sends visual video updates to customers regarding their vehicle status and condition when the car is in for a checkup.\u00a0The implementation of this new digital venture has elevated transparency between the dealership and its clients, minimising any communication<\/p>\n

The reimagined service area has been meticulously integrated into the design concept, providing customers with the chance to view the repair team at work through glass panels in the lounge.<\/p>\n

The service centre comprises of 34 work bays, 17 of which will be exclusively for fast-tracked queues, with the capability to service up to 100 cars per day. The dealership will also offer complimentary valet parking for clients, as well as a self-parking option, which contains 367 parking spaces at the impressive multi-story air-conditioned car park.<\/p>\n

Due to AGMC\u2019s core values of community expansion and promoting joy, the brand-new showroom will become a home for BMW, MINI and BMW Motorrad Clubs and enthusiasts. They will now have the chance to improve their driving skills at the facility, with permanently displayed high-endracing simulators. In addition to this,gamers of all levels can enjoy innovative eSport tournaments hosted by AGMC. Not only will the dealership be providing a child-friendly environment, it will be also running kids driving school activities, and hosting children programmes educating them on basic traffic rules.<\/p>\n

Customers can choose to relax at different lounges across the facility, view the vast vehicle display gallery, discover the retail area, or grab a bite to eat at AGMC\u2019s in-house caf\u00e9, the Healthy Farm Eatery<\/em><\/a>. Each dish has been certified by an award-winning chef, nutritionist, and doctor, and for that reason, the outlet will be handling the catering for all showroom activations. There will also be the latest BMW Concept cars on display, and a selection of classic cars.<\/p>\n

AGMC\u2019s new contemporary terrace, overlooking the racetrack,is the ideal spot to watch races and events hosted by Dubai Autodrome. The stunning veranda will also be used for new car launches, customer events and gatherings, and the latest BMW and MINI lifestyle collection shows.<\/p>\n

Due to the showroom\u2019s proximity, the dealership will be organising \u201cDrive like a Pro\u201d exclusive track activities in partnership with Dubai Autodrome to heighten each customer\u2019s buying experience. Customers will be able to participate in Autodrome test drives, drive events, motorsport track days and driving experience programmes suited for all abilities.<\/p>\n
