{"id":36358,"date":"2021-03-03T12:43:12","date_gmt":"2021-03-03T08:43:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blog.dubaicityguide.com\/site\/?p=36358"},"modified":"2021-03-03T12:43:12","modified_gmt":"2021-03-03T08:43:12","slug":"dubai-sports-council-sets-conditions-for-appointing-supervisors-and-administrators-in-dubai-clubs","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.dubaicityguide.com\/site\/dubai-sports-council-sets-conditions-for-appointing-supervisors-and-administrators-in-dubai-clubs\/","title":{"rendered":"Dubai Sports Council Sets Conditions For Appointing Supervisors And Administrators In Dubai Clubs"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">Under the framework of implementing the second phase of the decree issued by His Highness Sheikh Mansoor Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Chairman of Dubai Sports Council, for the\u00a0<\/span>develop<span lang=\"EN-US\">ment of<\/span>\u00a0supervisors and administrators\u00a0<span lang=\"EN-US\">working with clubs and\u00a0<\/span>football companies in Dubai, the Dubai Sports Council\u00a0<span lang=\"EN-US\">has been meeting<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">\u00a0<\/span>relevant government departments\u00a0<span lang=\"EN-US\">and entities to develop a comprehensive educational and development program for those who have passed the first stage.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The development program comes within the framework of the Dubai Sports Council&#8217;s efforts to develop the administrative staff working at Dubai clubs and sports companies, in order to optimise the investment of human resources, enhance the work atmosphere and create a positive relationship between the clubs and families, which will attract more people to these facilities, help promote sports among the community and increase the pool of Emirati sports talents.<\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">More than 200 administrators and supervisors nominated by their clubs and football companies took part in the first stage of the program, which was a competency and personality assessment test conducted in cooperation with the Competency Assessment Centre of Dubai Government Human Resources Department.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>After\u00a0<span lang=\"EN-US\">receiving the evaluation results of the competency and personality tests from the first\u00a0<\/span>stage<span lang=\"EN-US\">,\u00a0<\/span>Dubai Sports Council determined the\u00a0<span lang=\"EN-US\">basic\u00a0<\/span>personal,\u00a0<span lang=\"EN-US\">technical<\/span>\u00a0and athletic qualifications<span lang=\"EN-US\">\u00a0required\u00a0<\/span>for appointing supervisors and administrators to work during the next phase.\u00a0<span lang=\"EN-US\">T<\/span>he qualifications<span lang=\"EN-US\">\u00a0and\u00a0<\/span>basic conditions include: the supervisor and administrator\u00a0<span lang=\"EN-US\">must\u00a0<\/span>be a citizen of the UAE<span lang=\"EN-US\">;<\/span>\u00a0be of good conduct<span lang=\"EN-US\">;<\/span>\u00a0have a bachelor&#8217;s degree or its equivalent for supervisors<span lang=\"EN-US\">;<\/span>\u00a0have a high school diploma or its equivalent for administrators<span lang=\"EN-US\">;<\/span>\u00a0and\u00a0<span lang=\"EN-US\">should\u00a0<\/span>pass\u00a0the\u00a0<span lang=\"EN-US\">job\u00a0<\/span>test successfully.<\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">T<\/span>he additional conditions, which\u00a0<span lang=\"EN-US\">would be\u00a0<\/span>a reference\u00a0<span lang=\"EN-US\">scale\u00a0<\/span>for\u00a0<span lang=\"EN-US\">choosing<\/span>\u00a0between\u00a0<span lang=\"EN-US\">two equally qualified\u00a0<\/span>candidates, are: proficiency in English language<span lang=\"EN-US\">;<\/span>\u00a0mastery of computer skills<span lang=\"EN-US\">;<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">he or she should have played the sport for a\u00a0<\/span>duration\u00a0<span lang=\"EN-US\">that will be\u00a0<\/span>determined by the sports institution<span lang=\"EN-US\">;
