Next up, in Al Furjan, the developer will inaugurate Plaza and Starin April and Berton in May. The handovers of the first buildings in Riviera\u2019sphase one will then commence in June.<\/p>\n<p>Mina unit prices start at AED 2,000 per square foot, ranging in total value from AED 2.6 million for one-bedroom apartments to AED 26.8 million for a penthouse with a private pool.
