Emirates Airline Dubai Jazz Festival confirms that award-winning singer, songwriter and record producer Mariah Carey, will be performing in Dubai as the headline act for its second night on February 23rd. The 15th anniversary celebration taking place at the Dubai Media City Amphitheatre from February 22nd to 24th has also recently announced the biggest Latin recording artist in music history, Enrique Iglesias, taking the stage on its last night.<\/p>\n
