Gear up for an immersive experience like no other! The Spain<\/strong>Pavilion<\/strong> presents a unique retail experience \u2013 La Tienda<\/strong>\u2013for visitors to EXPO 2020 Dubai. Al Ghurair Retail,<\/strong> in collaboration with the\u00a0Leading Brands of Spain Forum<\/strong>\u00a0(FMRE),<\/strong>\u00a0will manage\u00a0La Tienda<\/strong>:\u00a0Brands of Spain Shop<\/em><\/strong>, the commercial space of the Spain Pavilion at Expo 2020 Dubai.<\/p>\n

The space is designed as an extension of the visitor\u2019s experience at the Pavilion, allowing consumers to discover and purchase some of the most renowned Spanish brands. As with the rest of the Pavilion, the common theme of the shop is sustainability<\/em>,where it will be divided into two spaces: one dedicated to gastronomy, and the other to fashion brands and accessories.<\/p>\n

La Tienda presents over 20 brands from Spain across a variety of categories, including fashion, beauty, food and beverage, accessories and many more. Each brand exhibited at La Tiendapresents their own unique commitment to the global sustainability agenda, rightfully earning their place within the sustainability pavilion at the prestigious exhibition.<\/p>\n

As the retail operator of La Tienda, Al Ghurair Retail, part of Al Ghurair Investment, represents some of the world\u2019s leading clothing, apparel, and personal care brands. As a group, Al Ghurair Investment is guided by its core purpose of \u2018Enhancing Life\u2019. <\/em>This purpose is embraced into the strategic philosophy of Al Ghurair Retail, as they seek out high-performing retail concepts to expand consumer choice of brands that care. The FMRE worked in partnership with Al Ghurair Retailto select the brands presented, all of which reflect the principles of sustainability, quality, innovation and design.<\/p>\n

The shopping experience in the pavilion shop will be guided by the same principles as the wider pavilion, providing continuity to the exhibition content. At La Tienda visitors can get to know products from some of Spain\u2019s most prominent brands, including companies such as Acesur (with brands\u00a0La<\/strong>\u00a0Espa\u00f1ola<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0Hacienda Guzm\u00e1n<\/strong>), Adam Foods\u00a0(Artiach, Cu\u00e9tara\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0Granja San Francisco<\/strong>),\u00a0Adolfo Dom\u00ednguez, Aristocrazy, El Ganso<\/strong>, Hijos de Rivera\u00a0(Estrella Galicia\u00a00,0\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0Cabreiro\u00e1<\/strong>),\u00a0Natura Biss\u00e9,\u00a0<\/strong>Tendam\u00a0(Pedro del Hierro, Springfield and Women\u2019s secret<\/strong>),\u00a0TOUS, UNOde50<\/strong>,\u00a0Aceitunas Torrent<\/strong>\u00a0(with brands Torrent 1898, Oliva Clan, The Coolives),\u00a0Alma en Pena, Ambientair, Gulius, Lola Casademunt, Palacio de Oriente,\u00a0Piment\u00f3n La Chinata,\u00a0Roberto Verino, Starlite, Virginias<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0Real Madrid.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Participating brands will take advantage of the unbeatable setting, boosting their reach and recognition across Gulf countries. It is estimated that more than 2.5 million visitors with high purchasing power will pass through this emblematic commercial space during the 6 months that Expo 2020 Dubai is in operation.<\/p>\n

In addition to the presence of the brands in the shop itself, the Brands Forum will also organise engaging activities in the Spanish Pavilion, managed by Acci\u00f3n Cultural Espa\u00f1ola (AC\/E), the public corporation responsible for Spain\u2019s presence at Universal and International Exhibitions, related to fashion, design and gastronomy, encouraging footfall within the Pavilion and sales at the shop.\u00a0La Tienda is a must-see experience for all visitors to Expo 2020 Dubai: a place to learn about the best of Spanish products, learn about the brands\u2019 unique commitments to the sustainability agenda, and become brand advocates.<\/p>\n

As the retail operator of La Tienda, Al Ghurair Retail provides a seamless shopping experience, with vendors equipped with mobile payment terminals to enhance sales capacity and allow contactless payments to be made away from the tills, to prevent queues and crowding.<\/p>\n

The shop also features an omnichannel experience, with all furniture featuring \u00a0independent QR codes for each brand with a link to their online store. This will allow visitors to access participating brands\u2019 full catalogues and even have products shipped to their country of origin.
