As a hallmark of the strong ties that exist between the Bahrain and the UAE, a wonderful line-up of fun activities has been planned to mark the occasion which coincides with the launch of the much-awaited Dubai Shopping Festival (DSF).<\/p>\n<p>The festivities are organised by Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment (DFRE). We believe it is the perfect time to partake in a bit of retail therapy and outdoor fun.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Here, DFRE outlines the key activities, promotions and more taking place across the city:<\/p>\n<p><strong>DUBAI LANDMARK PROJECTIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>On 16 December, the Dubai Frame will be lit up in red and white &#8211; the colours of the Bahraini flag to mark Bahrain\u2019s National Day and highlight the close ties between the two countries. On the same day, the Bluewaters Island at Ain Dubai will welcome visitors from Bahrain along with other Dubai residents and visitors to a spectacular LED Light Activation with greetings and flags to mark the important occasion in style.<\/p>\n<p><strong>EVENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Dubai International Airport will celebrate Bahrain\u2019s National Day with a display of greetings and flags on screens throughout the airport. A Harbia Band will welcome the passengers in the arrival area and flags will be placed at the arrival passport control.<\/p>\n<p><strong>RETAIL ACTIVATIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Aeropostale <\/strong>will brighten shoppers\u2019 mood with a Buy One Get One Free promotion and multiple other discounts and super sales across its outlets in City Centre Deira, Mall of the Emirates, The Dubai Mall, City Centre Mirdif, Dubai Outlet Mall, Ibn Battuta Mal, Al Ghurair Centre, and BurJuman Mall.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ALDO <\/strong>is also offering irresistible deals to delight its customers.
