line-height: 150%;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Helvetica','sans-serif'; color: #1f3864;\">The <\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'Helvetica','sans-serif'; color: #1f3864;\">webinar was attended by 210 participants representing businesses operating in various economic sectors who learned about the <\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'Helvetica','sans-serif'; color: #1f3864;\">latest developments and <\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'Helvetica','sans-serif'; color: #1f3864;\">key aspects related to the <\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'Helvetica','sans-serif'; color: #1f3864;\">bankruptcy law in the UAE, in addition to <\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'Helvetica','sans-serif'; color: #1f3864;\">recent<\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'Helvetica','sans-serif'; color: #1f3864;\"> amendments<\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'Helvetica','sans-serif'; color: #1f3864;\"> to the law.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"BodyA\" style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Helvetica','sans-serif'; color: #1f3864;\">Session was led by <\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'Helvetica','sans-serif'; color: #1f3864;\">Rahat Dar<\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'Helvetica','sans-serif'; color: #1f3864;\">, <\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'Helvetica','sans-serif'; color: #1f3864;\">Dar stressed the importance of raising awareness about key aspects of bankruptcy in the UAE, such as legal options that companies can take when in\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'Helvetica','sans-serif'; color: #1f3864;\">financial distress<\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'Helvetica','sans-serif'; color: #1f3864;\">, as well as the <\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'Helvetica','sans-serif'; color: #1f3864;\">framework <\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'Helvetica','sans-serif'; color: #1f3864;\">that should be followed in the process of filing for bankruptcy.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"BodyA\" style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Helvetica','sans-serif'; color: #1f3864;\">J<\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'Helvetica','sans-serif'; color: #1f3864;\">ehad Kazim, Vice President &#8211; Legal Services\u2013 Dubai Chamber of Commerce noted that the webinar<\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'Helvetica','sans-serif'; color: #1f3864;\"> supports <\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'Helvetica','sans-serif'; color: #1f3864;\">the Chamber\u2019s <\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'Helvetica','sans-serif'; color: #1f3864;\">efforts to keep the business community in Dubai informed of the latest regulatory developments and provide an ideal platform for companies to post their questions directly to legal experts.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"BodyA\" style=\"text-align: justify;
