LEOS International, a leading UK real estate developer, is proud to announce the launch of its first Global Experience Centre in Bay Square, Business Bay, Dubai. The centre, set to open in April, after Ramadan, will serve as a hub for potential clients and high-level investors to meet and discuss LEOS’ projects.<\/p>\n

The centre will showcase their portfolio of luxury real estate projects, including residential, commercial and mixed-use real estate, and it will give people the opportunity to learn more about the company’s innovative approach to real estate development.<\/p>\n

According to Mark Gaskin, Business Director at LEOS, the overall vision was to give clients a taste of what can be expected from LEOS’ project. “The aim was to create a relaxed environment for potential clients and high-level investors to meet and discuss our projects. We have numerous real estate projects launching in Dubai this year, so it was important for us to have a large presence in this city\u201d he stated.<\/p>\n

Minghui Re, Head Interior Designer at LEOS,explains the inspiration behind the center\u2019s design. \u201cAs a London-based developer, our project team is heavily influenced by contemporary European and British art and design. Being in a metropolis, we are also inspired by multiple cultures and different creativities such as fashion, landscape, architecture and lifestyle. This has all been displayed in the Experience Centre\u201d.<\/p>\n
