Park Avenue comprises three buildings comprising 372 residences and 29 retail units;each building comes fitted with a fully equipped gym and swimming pool. Tiling, HVAC, and MEP now stand at 22%, 23%, and 32%, respectively, while the fa\u00e7ade is 96% complete.
