Francois Oberholzer, Chief Financial Officer at flydubai, received the award on the carrier\u2019s behalf at an awards ceremony held in Dubai. The event was attended by key members across various industries such as travel and tourism, aviation, banking and finance, technology as well as hospitality.<\/p>\n
Voted by industry experts, this award honours the carrier\u2019s strong and agile business model and its dedication to innovation and enhancing connectivity to new and previously underserved markets which has enabled its sustained growth.<\/p>\n

Since the start of 2024, flydubai has added several destinations to its network including\u00a0Mombasa\u00a0in Kenya,\u00a0Langkawi\u00a0and\u00a0Penang\u00a0in Malaysia as well as\u00a0Al Jouf\u00a0and\u00a0The Red Sea\u00a0in Saudi Arabia. The carrier is also preparing to launch its first flights to\u00a0Islamabad\u00a0and\u00a0Lahore\u00a0in Pakistan from 01 July and expand its operations in Europe with the start of its services to\u00a0Basel\u00a0in Switzerland from 02 August,\u00a0Riga\u00a0in Latvia from 11 October in addition to\u00a0Tallinn\u00a0in Estonia and\u00a0Vilnius\u00a0in Lithuania from 12 October.<\/p>\n
Today, the carrier continues to expand its network of over 125 destinations in 58 countries served by a young and efficient fleet of 88 Boeing 737 aircraft.<\/p>\n
