The traditional street dishes have been given a European twist. The stand-out dish from the street food inspired menu is the gold dusted, multi-layered, Billionaire Burger with 11+ Japanese Wagyu patty, Foie Gras, Wild Mushroom and sliced Truffle- the ultimate decadent treat!<\/p>\n

Embracing the small platter trend, the new menu offers a wide variety of flavour combinations like Organic Venison Tartar with chocolate sauce and parsnip chips, Brittany Oyster, California Roll with sushi rice and Sturia caviar, Hamachi Ceviche, Foie Gras Terrine and Tomato Tartar with avocado ice-cream, to name a few.
