Her Excellency Hala Badri, Director General of Dubai Culture and Arts Authority, received the honour on behalf of Her Highness Sheikha Latifa.<\/p>\n<p>The International Luxury Awards \u2013 Diamonds of Excellence brought together 25 distinguished leaders from around the world, including Baroness Carmen Thyssen-Bornemisza, as well as representatives from the United Nations, Elie Saab, Mobile World Congress, the World Economic Forum, Chopard, and the Kering Group.<\/p>\n<p>Founded in 2010, the Asociaci\u00f3n Espa\u00f1ola del Lujoadvances Spanish excellence across gastronomy, fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and tourism.
