Organised by Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment (DFRE), the festivities feature dazzling fireworks<\/strong>, live concerts<\/strong>, picture-perfect parades<\/strong>, exclusive staycation offers, retail promotions, <\/strong>and diverse dining<\/strong>, alongside brand-new experiences <\/strong>introduced for the first time ever.<\/p>\n

With its dynamic mix of returning favourites and exciting debuts, the 54th Eid Al Etihad celebrations promise an unmissable weekend across Dubai.<\/p>\n

COMMUNITY CELEBRATION<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Eid Al Etihad Parade<\/strong>, held annually in collaboration with Dubai Police, will return to City Walk on 1 December at 4pm this year<\/strong>, with over 1,000 participants from Dubai Police, KHDA students, and other government entities delivering a powerful showcase of national unity and community pride.<\/p>\n

DAZZLING FIREWORKS<\/strong><\/p>\n

Dubai\u2019s skyline will light up with breathtaking fireworks on 2 December, starting with Dubai Festival City Mall <\/strong>and Hatta <\/strong>at 8pm, followed by Souk Al Seef<\/strong>, Bluewaters<\/strong>, and The Beach, JBR <\/strong>at 9pm. Meanwhile, Global Village <\/strong>will host dazzling displays of fireworks and synchronised drone shows all weekend at 9pm from 1 to 3 December.<\/p>\n

Eid Al Etihad celebrations will come alive with an unmissable line-up of live entertainment, bringing together world-renowned artists, captivating performances, and one-of-a-kind cultural showcases across Dubai.<\/p>\n

Headlining the city\u2019s biggest celebration weekend, Emirati superstar Balqees<\/strong><\/a> will host a showstopping concert at Festival Bay, Dubai Festival City<\/strong> Mall on 2 December<\/strong>. The evening will kick off with a mesmerising fireworks display at 8pm<\/strong>, before Balqees delivers a powerful performance filled with her greatest hits and fan favourites. Tickets are now available for purchase on Platinumlist starting at just AED 75, and fans are encouraged to secure their spots early for one of Dubai\u2019s biggest and most anticipated evenings.<\/p>\n

Adding to the festive line-up, two leading GCC singers will also perform free live concerts at City Walk – regional icon Diana Haddad<\/strong> will take the stage at 8pm on 1 December<\/strong>, followed by the acclaimed Emirati talent Shamma Hamdan<\/strong> at 8pm on 2 December<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Across the city, entertainment continues in full force with Al Wasl Season<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0at Al Wasl Plaza, Expo City Dubai until May 2026, while Dubai Opera will host two nights of the hit Kuwaiti comedy Ayal Iblees<\/strong><\/a> on 1 and 2 December.<\/p>\n

A student art competition<\/strong> from 20 November to 3 December<\/strong> featuring everyone\u2019s favourite Dubai character Modesh, <\/strong>in collaboration with the Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA), invites schools to celebrate Eid Al Etihad through art, innovation, and storytelling. Under the theme \u201cProud to Belong \u2013 Celebrating Our Union, Heritage, and Future\u201d, schools can submit entries ranging from artworks and collaborative murals to short videos, poetry, essays, or spoken-word performances created for the celebration. All entries must be created within school premises and submitted online through the school\u2019s official Instagram account using #EidAlEtihadJoy.<\/p>\n
