The Yas Hotel has launched a new yoga retreat.\u00c2\u00a0 The one night programme includes yoga at sunrise on the 217 metre high roof of Abu Dhabi’s most iconic address, indulgent spa treatments and dinner in any of the hotel\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s fine dining restaurants.\u00c2\u00a0The new retreat offers daily sessions of hatha yoga on the hotel\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s striking rooftop, with panoramic views of the marina and the infinite Abu Dhabi desert to exhilarate and energise.\u00c2\u00a0 The classes are led by specialist instructor Josie McKenlay of Vital Flow, a leading yoga studio in the Middle East, and tailored to individual\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s needs. From gentle beginners\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 classes to advanced Vinyasa Flow, Josie focuses on four key elements \u00e2\u20ac\u201c strength, flexibility, mobility and breathing, helping guests to disconnect under the tranquil Arabian skies.<\/p>\n
Three hours of healing treatments at the exclusive Espa spa complement the yoga, further releasing tension and rejuvenating body and mind. Female yogis can enjoy the ladies only hammam with its authentic Arabian rituals, while the exclusive Metronap pods in the male relaxation room provide the ultimate energy boost.
