Bringing together functional fitness and endurance training in a unique sub-zero setting, the one-of-a-kind event invites participants to take on a high-energy HYROX-style workout inside the snowy slopes of Ski Dubai.<\/p>\n<p>Open to male and female participants aged 18 to 60, <strong>HYROX in the Snow <\/strong>is a partner-based challenge that combines teamwork, resilience, and performance in an immersive -4\u00b0C environment. Athletes will move through a series of race-inspired workout stations while encouraging each other to push through every round together.<\/p>\n<p>Powered by Athlete Fitness, an official training partner of HYROX, in collaboration with Ski Dubai and Dubai Sports Council, the event will feature a dynamic mix of:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Running through the snow<\/li>\n<li>Ski and row erg stations<\/li>\n<li>Strength-based movements including lunges, wall balls, and farmer\u2019s carries<\/li>\n<li>Bodyweight exercises such as burpees and air squats<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Whether training competitively or simply looking to experience fitness in a completely different environment, <strong>HYROX in the Snow<\/strong> offers a fresh take on endurance and functional training.<\/p>\n<p>Registration is now open starting from AED 150 per person.
