The collaboration extended beyond the screen with exclusive live shows and daily meet-and-greets at Modesh World, bringing Modesh, Dana and Baby Shark together for families throughout July.

The Modesh World stage also took young audiences into imaginative new worlds through three interactive theatre productions: The Amazing Box, The Magic of Learning and Imagination Academy. Blending movement, music, visual effects and audience participation, the shows encouraged children to become part of the story while exploring themes of imagination, learning, teamwork and creativity. The wider entertainment programme also featured live performances including Jurassic World, Robot Laboratory, Planet Airline and Pirates Explorers, giving families something different to discover throughout their visits.

Learning and discovery remained an important part of the Modesh World experience, with 17 government entities and 11 private sector organisations contributing to a programme covering digital safety, artificial intelligence, robotics, health, first aid, fire safety, reading and consumer awareness. Government partners included Dubai Health Authority, Dubai Civil Defense, Dubai Corporation for Ambulance Services and Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Knowledge Foundation, while private sector partners including Brainy n Bright brought additional learning experiences to young visitors.

Highlights included Google’s Abtal Al Internet workshop, which helped children build safer digital habits, AI Robotics – Build, Code & Innovate, where participants built and programmed their own robots, and interactive fire safety and first aid activities delivered by Dubai Civil Defense and Dubai Corporation for Ambulance Services. Together, the sessions reflected Modesh World’s continued focus on making learning part of the fun.

Young visitors also had the chance to experience entrepreneurship first-hand at the Tiny-Preneurs Market, where 50 tables gave budding business owners a platform to showcase their ideas and products to Modesh World visitors. An estimated 110 Tiny-Preneurs participated, gaining first-hand experience in presenting their products, interacting with customers and turning their ideas into real-life businesses. The initiative added another dimension to Modesh World’s focus on developing creativity, confidence and practical skills among young visitors.

Families could also refuel between activities at 20 dining outlets, compared to 12 in 2025, giving visitors even more choice as they spent the day exploring Modesh World.

Suhaila Ghubash, Vice President, Festival Planning & Operations, Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment (DFRE), said: “Modesh World has become an important part of how families experience Dubai Summer Surprises, and every year we look at how we can make that experience feel new and more meaningful for children. This year, we wanted to create more opportunities for them to participate, learn and express their own ideas, not only be entertained. The Tiny-Preneurs Market was a great example of that, giving young entrepreneurs a real platform to build confidence, interact with customers and experience what it means to bring an idea to life.”

Now in its 27th edition, Modesh World continues to evolve while remaining a favourite for generations of families spending summer in Dubai. With more games and attractions, new entertainment collaborations, educational experiences and opportunities for young people to learn and create, the 2026 edition built on that legacy while offering families fresh reasons to return throughout the season.

Modesh World will return as part of next year’s Dubai Summer Surprises with more experiences for families to discover.
