The Plaza Season is bringing a new calendar of experiences to Dubai, giving the city more reasons to meet, move, discover and connect at Uptown Dubai.<\/p>\n

Launching this September,\u00a0The Plaza Season <\/b><\/strong>will bring together a curated programme of free-to-attend events across 21,000 square metres of open-air space. <\/b><\/strong>The Plaza sits at the heart of Uptown Dubai as a major events and entertainment destination, hosting everything from large-scale live performances and festivals to cultural showcases and community gatherings.<\/p>\n

As Dubai enters the cooler months, The Plaza\u2019s \u00a0September and October programme will bring together a series of free-to-attend events, from movement, wellbeing and independent cinema. The varied line-up reflects The Plaza\u2019s inclusive approach to programming, \u00a0welcoming residents and visitors from across Dubai to enjoy.<\/p>\n

The Plaza Season builds on this vision with a dedicated programme that brings the space to life throughout Dubai\u2019s cooler months, with a varied calendar of events and activations designed to bring people together.

\nWATCH: Film Society – Season 4<\/b><\/u><\/strong>
\n<\/b><\/u><\/strong>On Friday, 2 October, from 7PM to 12AM, Film Society<\/u><\/a>\u00a0returns to The Plaza for its fourth season, bringing together filmmakers, creatives, industry professionals and film lovers for an evening celebrating independent cinema.<\/p>\n

The programme will feature \u201cFilm It Like You Mean It\u201d, a short-film competition spotlighting emerging filmmakers across the UAE<\/a> and MENA region, with six selected short films screened and recognised by the Film Society jury. The evening will also include an industry case-study panel on Obsession (2025)<\/i><\/em>\u00a0by Curry Barker, alongside networking, music and awards.<\/p>\n

RESET: Evening Reset by YOFIT<\/b><\/u><\/strong>
\nTaking place on Thursday, 8 October, from 5:30PM to 9:30PM, Evening Reset by YOFIT will offer a restorative fitness and wellness experience at The Plaza, designed to help participants unwind and recharge. The programme will feature dynamic stretching and mobility, Yin Yoga, deep stretching and sound, followed by guided breathwork and relaxation. Water and yoga mats will be provided.<\/p>\n
