In celebration of Atlantis, The Palm’s Culinary Month, two of the world’s best chefs, Stéphane Buron and Grégoire Berger will join forces for a culinary first. Taking place on Thursday 23rd and Friday 24th November in the award winning underwater restaurant, Ossiano, 2-Michelin Star Buron will work with Berger to present a special ‘Four Hands’ dinner, featuring nine perfected courses for AED 895 per person.

Taking place from 7pm, the exclusive menu written by both Chefs, celebrates the finest produce from the land and sea , showcasing the culinary prowess of these world-renowned chefs. Dishes include organic warm leek and Gillardeau oyster served with tartar, North Sea Langoustine with smoked leek and goose, seared Fois Gras with beetroot, French pigeon with carrot and caramel sauce and Gregoire’s signature dish, the rainbow trout “Floating Island” with cauliflower royale, caviar and dill.
