La Petite Maison encourages breaking the fast in a healthy way during the Holy Month of Ramadan, by announcing an energising Iftar and Suhoor menu with protein-packed, organic Mediterranean delights.

The home of Cuisine Niçoise is known for its simplicity and focus on offering guests innovative dishes made from fresh, delicious, and non-GMO ingredients. During the Holy Month of Ramadan, Rory Duncan, Head Chef of La Petite Maison has hand-crafted a wholesome menu to provide long-lasting energy with healthy carbohydrates, lean protein, high-fibre, and fruit.

“Muslims who are observing the fast are recommended to eat extra dairy and protein to help stave off hunger the following day. Your body uses amino acids from protein to create energy and to repair itself. Healthy and organic protein-rich foods, which are a key part of our Holy Month Iftar and Suhoor menu, help to slow down the stomach and can help to ward off hunger pangs,” said Rory Duncan, Head Chef, La Petite Maison.

For those wanting to break their fast, La Petite Maison Dubai and La Petite Maison Abu Dhabi will open their kitchen from 7pm. Guests will be offered complimentary dates and soup to begin their meal, providing a quick boost of energy and respecting traditional Arabian heritage.
