There’s only seven more sleeps until The Big Bad Wolf Book Sale lands in Dubai,  and opens to thousands of regional book lovers at Dubai Studio City, Sound Stage Venue.

Founded in 2009 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, Big Bad Wolf Book Sale has been to multiple Asian cities in the last decade, including Jakarta, Manila, Cebu, Colombo, Bangkok and Taipei. The mega event is now coming to the UAE – and it’s only one week away.

Open 24 hours a day for 11 consecutive days, Big Bad Wolf Book Sale Dubai will be stocked with a whopping three million brand-new English-language books of all genres available at an astonishing 50% – 80% off recommended retail prices. The marathon book event opens at 9:00am on Thursday 18 October and ends at 11.59pm on Sunday 28 October, 2018.

Held in Partnership with the Mohammed bin Rashid Foundation (MBRF), National Media Council (NMC) and Dubai Production City, the Big Bad Wolf Book Sale Dubai will boast an unrivalled array of bestsellers, novels, business books, art and design titles, cookbooks and a wide range of childrens’ books from augmented reality books to activity books.

Thousands of book worms can now go online to win exclusive passes for the VIP Day which takes place on Wednesday 17 October,  a day before the event opens to the general public, said Mohammad Al Aidaroos, Managing Partner of Ink Readable Books, the organiser of Big Bad Wolf Book Sale Dubai.

“We have lots of fun contests running on our social media pages where fans get to win the hottest tickets in town,” said Al Aidaroos. “The VIP Day gives guests the first  chance to buy  all our books so it’s always a special occasion, even more so in a new city – we’ll be writing another chapter in this event’s history at our first Dubai sale.”

Big Bad Wolf Book Sale Dubai has also partnered with Careem, the leading ride-hailing app, which is offering existing and new customers 25 per cent discount on four rides per person to and from the Sound Stage Venue at Dubai Studio City during the 11-day sale.
