Celebrate New Outdoor Season With ’23 Days To Fall In Love With The Beach’

To kick off the new outdoor season, The Beach by Meraas is set to host ‘23 Days to Fall in Love with The Beach’, a three-week extravaganza that showcases the best of the destination’s multifaceted offerings.

Divided into three experiential weeks dedicated to the main pillars of The Beach – Dine, Shop, and Play – the campaign will offer visitors a variety of themed deals, activities, and competitions tailored to their interests that are sure to make them truly fall in love with the destination.

Dine Week

Under the theme ‘Love at First Bite’, the Dine Week will treat Dubai’s foodies to an unmissable gastronomical experience. As part of this event, The Beach will host a Restaurant Week, where select restaurants prepare special set menus for AED99 and AED129 that include their signature and bestselling dishes. The ‘Love is Blind’ challenge will be the perfect activity for gourmands who are willing to put their love for food to the test and guess the five main ingredients of a dish they taste blindfolded. Winners will receive a surprise discount for taking part. Families with kids will welcome the ‘Young Love’ activation, where participating outlets teach the little ones how to cook in a child-proof environment while their parents sit back and enjoy their meals.

Shop Week

‘Love what you wear’ is the theme of the destination’s Shop Week that will comprise retail-oriented activations and deals. Taking advantage of the dropping temperatures, retailers will display their latest collections outside their stores to create an immersive alfresco shopping experience, entitled ‘Find Your True Love’.

Play Week

Under the theme ‘Love the energy’, the Play Week will host a schedule of activities suitable for all ages. The ‘Young Love’ activations will give little ones the chance to indulge in their hobbies, such as swimming and running on Saturday, 24 November or learn new hobbies such Baby Shark dancing workshop or arts and crafts from 22 – 24 November from 4pm to 9pm next to Dri Dri. Meanwhile, grown-ups can try their hand at Physique 57 class on Thursday 22, November at 10am and Barry’s Bootcamp class on Saturday 24, November at 9:30am on the South Lawn

On 23 November, The Beach will also host an amateur skateboarding competition in partnership with the Daman skateboarding community that awards the best skater with a grand prize of AED100,000. The city’s skating enthusiasts will also be able to show off their moves at the destination’s skate park, custom-built for the event.

On 21 November, enjoy a CYR wheel performance by Andrey Tkachenko at 6pm and 8pm.

Throughout the 23-day campaign, customers who spend AED150 or more will get the opportunity to spin the giant ‘Wheel of Love’ to win instant prizes from the destination’s retailers in line with the week’s theme.
