The Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry has announced that it will be supporting the second edition of Dubai Fitness Challenge 2018 as a sponsor and participant.

An initiative of H.H. Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Executive Council of Dubai, the Dubai Fitness Challenge 2018 will be held October 26th until November 24th 2018.

The city-wide event will engage all segments of society, including government entities, businesses, schools, and residents, with the aim of making Dubai the most active city in the world.

Dubai Chamber is promoting Dubai Fitness Challenge 2018 by displaying a large poster at its headquarters, and organising a host of free fitness classes, corporate games, among other exciting activities throughout the month.

The Chamber also hosted an event at its headquarters where its staff, members and the wider business community were encouraged to participate in the month-long event and exercise for at least 30 minutes a day for 30 days.

During the event, representatives from the Dubai Fitness Challenge provided an overview of all fitness events and activities that will be held throughout Dubai during the month, in addition to the various benefits of participating in the challenge.

H.E. Hamad Buamim, President and CEO of Dubai Chamber, said: “Following a positive experience last year, we are very proud to be associated with this initiative again this year, as it encompasses many of the important values that we instil in our staff, while it also encourages the business community and the whole society to get involved.”

In addition, H.E. Buamim encouraged participants to take advantage of all of the activities that are on offer during the Dubai Fitness Challenge and do their part to make Dubai the most active city in the world.
