  • Super SUP fitness: For a duration of 60 minutes, you can take part in a mix of Pilates and yoga, which is designed to work on the entire body, while balancing on the water. It challenges your balance, as you work on your core on a paddle board. Available at Burj Club’s indoor pool.
  • Outdoor yoga: The weekend yoga sessions, for one hour, have commenced at The Burj Club in the outdoors with spectacular views of Downtown Dubai, the city and beyond.
  • I.I.T/ABS: At moderate to high intensity, the 60-minute session combines exercises that target and strengthen your core and is suitable for all fitness levels.
  • Rhythm Ride (Cycling Class): A moderate to high intensity work-out for 45 minutes, it is an ideal cardiovascular exercise. Ride the Rhythm through hill climbs, sprints and other challenging drills.
  • Body Pump: The 60-minute addictive workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises such as squats, presses, lifts and curls.
