At the Top, Burj Khalifa, the world’s highest observation deck in the iconic tower by Emaar, brings a show-stopper contemporary art installation by eminent artist Colette Miller.

Against the glass panels of Level 124 and 125, the hand-painted Wings comes to the region for the first time. Perched by the façade of the tower, the installation gives you ‘wings’ against the stunning backdrop of the Dubai skyline.

First created in 2012, in the streets of Los Angeles, the City of Angels, the Wings have now spread across the globe. Colette has painted these wings in Kenya, Australia, England, Japan, China, Europe, Cuba, Mexico, and throughout the USA. People interact with, photograph and share with friends the human-sized interactive public art.
