Dubai-UAE: 13 February, 2019 – Sobha Realty, the leading premium real estate developer, has announced the handover of the phase one of Hartland Greens apartments, located in its iconic Sobha Hartland development in Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum (MBR) city.

The company welcomed the first residents who moved into the community with a special housewarming event, attended by over 150 guests. This included open-air barbecue, live cooking stations, live music and children activities.
